The owner was super nice and welcoming, the apartment itself very clean and cozy, we found everything we needed.

Everything was really pretty, clean, modern! One of the best stays in my life. The kitchen, the room, the bathroom.. all well furnished and equipped, all looking great. Close to the centre by bus 40 which is 200m away. Supermarket on the corner.

The room was impeccably clean. Great room layout. Easy to retrieve the key from the key box at check-in. Extremely friendly staff. Parking was available free of charge. The location is close to the Hans Martin Schleyer Halle. The property is accessible, with an elevator and walk-in shower. There is a refrigerator in the room and a stovetop, as well as a coffee maker with pods. The kitchen area has dishes available for use.

Modern furnishing. The cleanest hotel for our 3 week trip in Austria and Germany.
Very convenient location -
There is a bakery which opens early in the morning just next to the hotel.
Noted some negative comments on the Penny supermarket opposite the hotel. But it's all good for supplies for breakfast and simple dinner.
Plenty of restaurants nearby, including a few Asian ones which are reasonably priced.
The U Bahn station near hotel is a station at street level so very convenient.
Good housekeeping -
The water was draining slowly in the shower area. I left a note in the toliet and was fixed on the same day.
