Great service. Very helpful staff. Got updated due to our mistake - we misbooked 1 day ahead. The room was great. Nice spatious parking right under the hotel. Nice location. 24h shop at reception.

Communication with the host was fantastic. The location was excellent for my needs being 5 minutes from Marianplatz and the underground. The fold down bed was comfortable and the accomodation which was throughfully decorated was perfect. Storage was good. It was nice to have extra towels as a solo traveller. I also was grateful for the feminine products being a woman.

Everything in the hotel was superb. The breakfast was exceptional, so many options and good quality. The staff were kind and attentive both in the hotel and the restaurant. The Sauna and Turkish bath were very clean and well maintained, and the sun terrace was such a nice addition. The room was very spacious and had everything you could ask for in a hotel room. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Fantastic rooms that are unique and comfortable! Excellent hospitality and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Friendly staff and even free coffees and hot drinks from the bar whenever you like! There was a laundry, gym and plenty other facilities that made our stay convenient. Had a very comfortable stay.
