Staff support was excellent. Requested for higher floor and mentioned already a Reward member and had already prepaid for room. Upon availability got an upgrade for a better room on the 17th floor. Awesome stunning views overlooking the lake and the city. Requested late check-out as we needed to run for a tour and be back a bit late. Did the request through a quick phone call. Exceeded expectations with the speed of their confirmation and positive support!

Very good location near the motorway and Ørestad. Good restaurants and shopping center nearby. Spacious modern rooms with soundproofing and nice view. Very good breakfast.
