The staff was great! They cared about their guests, spoke good English and worked hard to be accommodating.
The guides and drivers they used were good. They also walked guests down to the street to make sure they got in the right car for a tour.
I felt perfectly safe and comfortable at Madina.

The decoration is very nice. Amenities are good. Location is great too but it is not exactly at the address indicated when you look it up on Google Maps (it is a little more to the side). And since it is inside a residential building, you don't really know where to go and the receptionist has to come out to pick you up. There is no breakfast included but that's fine because there is a cafe at the end of the street.

A special thanks to Abdo, who went above and beyond to fulfill our needs, even providing us with an iron. He also guided us to the best koshari in Cairo and surprised us with some sweets as gifts.
