We loved the customer service lady she was so helpful, the welcome we received when we get out from the taxi we loved their smile and always asking if we needed help anytime we are talking to them. It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very big with all the amenities working well. The contact Nagwa was especially helpful and kind. She was on hand at every possible moment to help with anything from answering queries to organising trips. She made the stay especially smooth.
