We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace! We spent a full week there and were very sad to leave. The hotel director and every member of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay special. Our family room was spacious and had a big terrace. The hotel will clean your room every day, but you have to request it at reception as the staff won't enter your room without your permission. The hotel's garden and pool area were the absolute highlight for us. Everything is beautifully maintained, and you will see the hotel staff throughout the day watering and taking care of the outdoor space, making it a true oasis. We spent almost all evenings there enjoying food, freshly pressed juices and of course shisha! We would absolutely recommend the Turquoise Pyramids and would definitely stay there if we were to visit Cairo again.

Their service was extraordinary Islam ... Yousef ... Hosam ... Salah ... Ali... they made me feel like part of the family and supported me with anything I needed. It's very safe, and they’re always attentive to you. My wife felt very comfortable and secure. Ubers could easily reach the location, which made transportation easy.
They even let me wait in a separate room after check-out while I waited for my flight — at no extra cost — since there were still many hours until departure. The view of the pyramids is stunning; even from the bathroom window, I could see the Great Pyramid of Khufu in the background. Everything was clean and well-organized, and if you need anything, they’ll get it for you. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. Thank you for making us feel so warmly welcomed in Egypt — you’ll always have a place in my heart.

Everything was perfect! The owner of the place Hassan was very nice and upgraded our room, so we stayed in a room with the pyramids view! The view is amazing, also from the terrace it is very beautiful. Everything was clean, the breakfast was tasty (served in a requested time), Hassan gave us useful recommendations about visiting the pyramids. The place is very close to the pyramids (20 min by foot to the ticket office). The staying in this hotel was a pleasure for us, highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The airport transfer was seamless, and the driver was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted us warmly and were attentive to every detail, ensuring our comfort throughout. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, giving us a great start to each day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean every single day.
The highlight, however, was the rooftop , the view of the pyramids was breathtaking. Dining there while watching the evening pyramid show with fireworks was simply unforgettable. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations; we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
