The best part of the hotel is the sandy beach. You may enjoy it with your little kids and the reef is spectacular right in front of the hotel. You don’t need to go anywhere else to see the reefs, tour boats come to the hotel area to bring divers. Hotel is mainly very clean and the staff is very respectful. There are 5 delicious alacarte restaurants and many other alternatives for the day. Shuttle serves all day every 10 minutes between main reception and the beach. The animation team and night shows were quite enjoyable. Special thanks to Muhammed at the reception, Osman chef in kebab restaurant and Bedo from animation team.

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for a late check out. They not only allowed us to check out late. But also we were allowed to use the facilities free of charge for the rest of the day! Resort is very clean. Staff are very proactive. Always willing to serve with a smile! Food is both plenty and excellent. Will definitely come back again if not for a longer stay.

The food was incredible! The slides and Waterpark was absolutely value for money! I wish we had more time! Will definetely return at some point! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating especially Mustafa and Ali Hussain! They even accommodated our late check out. The ice cream was delicious! The variety of foods to choose from was mind boggling yet delicious! What a pleasant stay we had.

The experience was exceptional the service and value for money is definitely a recommendation. All my respect to all staff for their great service and hospitality, Miss Salwa at the reception made sure my stay was zero issues checking on me on daily basis, I would like to thank her so much for the great service I felt really spoiled. The variety of food and different cuisines is tasty and amazing, the place is lively full of activities for kids and adults. Ideal place for couples, family and even solos for a great gateway.
