I recently stayed at Charmillion Club Resort, and overall it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Kerolos at the reception—he was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Armia was also fantastic, offering great support throughout our stay. At the Italian restaurant, Péter provided excellent service. He was attentive, professional, and really made our dining experience enjoyable. I also tried the spa, and the massage therapist did an amazing job—very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The only downside was the French restaurant, which didn’t meet our expectations. The food and service could use improvement compared to the resort’s other venues. Despite that, we had a great stay, and the staff truly made the difference. I would definitely return and recommend the resort to others!

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport.

It's wonderful to return to this hotel, a place where children can experience total happiness. The facility boasts plenty of pools and a water park suitable for all ages. The dining options are good, offering a wide selection of tasty and varied dishes. The staff by the pools and at the pier are very attentive, assisting with the selection of life vests and providing masks and fins if you didn't bring your own. In the evening, entertainment is available for both adults and children, including various dances, foam parties, and discos. The room is modern, clean, and bright, equipped with a bathroom stocked with all the necessary cosmetics. The hotel didn't request any additional payment for a late checkout, even generously allowing us to visit the water park for free any other day we want. A significant advantage is definitely the individualized approach to guests. Despite the high number of vacationers, the priority remains the quality of services provided. Therefore, I would like to extend sincere thanks to the hotel's management and, in particular, to Mr. Luca. Would I recommend this hotel? Certainly. Would I return? Without a doubt.

Cleanliness Room view ( sea view room ) Staff service The resort is luxurious and very clean. The room is arranged in a special way every day. Nice treatment from all the staff in the hotel (they love to help the guest with pleasure... I will definitely come back to the hotel again).

Everything! The staff are excellent. Always willing help and very friendly.Food is beyond amazing . Rooms are stunning and new. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Kids club is really great, the lady Reem is so wonderful , she’s so good with the kids.

The 5-star Charmillion Gardens Aquapark features a large outdoor pool surrounded by cushioned loungers and a private beach access.
