1. The area was very safe and The location is ideal. The neighborhood offers convenient access to all essential amenities, including Airport markets, transportation lines, and restaurants. etc.
2. Mr. Mahetem, the host, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and gentle. Many thanks for everything.
3. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Hammer - the hotel is new, the rooms are large, the WiFi is strong and there's lots of hot water. The staff are extremely friendly! I would highly recommend.

This is a gem: very close to the airport. Huge apartment with two bedrooms + three bathrooms. Host gave me a local SIM card which came in really handy and I liked all facilities. It was great to be able to cook at the apartment and complementary water, coffee and tea was available too. Secure and modern place. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the most accomodating places i have srayed with! The staff is exceptional and absolutely amazing! They are super friendly and trying their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible! The put a big effort and even care about small details e.g. the housekeeping lady would still stock up my water even though i didnt need cleaning that day.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle is very reliable. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back!

i cant remeber how many nights i had sleep in the hotel after many years. Ramada Addis is my second home in Ethiopia where the staff take good care of guests. the hotel facility is simple, but provide everything you need from the guest room, as well food & beverage.
i would recommend the hotel.

Clean, spacious room with expansive washrooms.
They provide laundry service, fresh buna in the morning, adequately equipped kitchen.
Common room is a great place to hang out with folks from around the globe.
Staff was incredibly helpful.
They helped me out with any issues I had.
One such incident that exemplifies this -
I'd reached hostel one afternoon in a hurry (for visa related work) with muddy shoes (due to passing through nearby construction, path further damaged due to rains),
I left them out so that the indoors don't get dirty, planning to clean them after my work was done.
30 minutes later, after finishing my work, when I stepped out, my shoes were clean & dry.
Masraf had somehow noticed me arriving in a hurry, and cleaned them out of extraordinary thoughtfulness.
