Location was perfect and quiet. The decor and boutique ambience was so unique and welcoming. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shower was top notch -hot and big with good pressure. I would def. Return and recommend to everyone.

The apartment is excellent. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, only a 5-minute walk from the sea. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Great, fully equipped apartament with fantastic terrace. Location convenient and safe with short distance to the beach, public communication and Lidl. Very nice, empathic and helpfull owner. All was great, I really recommend this place.

Everything was great and it was a perfect location. We were told though that the linen would be changed as we were there for 6 nights but that did not happen . Aside from this everything was great

Location is perfect. Five minutes Walk to the beach and promenade. 20 minutes walk to the Nice train station. 5 minutes walk to the tram. The closest grocery store is three minutes away by walk. The front desk is very helpful and polite!
