This hotel was lovely. I was able to walk to it from the train station, and the super central location meant I could pop out the door and start exploring. The rooms are comfy and tastefully furnished, the staff are incredibly kind, and the included breakfast is top-notch. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room but there's a lovely lounge that services the 8 rooms where you can hang and make a beverage!

Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. Only a few minutes from the railway station and walking distance to all the main attractions. Hosts easy to communicate with and no problems checking in or out. Breakfast cereal, drinks and snacks provided voluntarily. Decent sized bed and very comfortable. For everything the place has to offer it is extremely good value.

We stayed for the Christmas Market and shopping. One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. The location was perfect and the apartment was spotless. Very quiet especially as located on a main road. Highly recommend.
