Very clean and comfortable apartments with a great view of the city and located in the old town about 10 minutes' walk from Freedom Square. Very kind and knowledgeable hostess. She allowed me to check in earlier, and since I was tired from the night flight, arranged for me to order delicious Georgian food and recommended wine. Since I had a flight at night, she took care of ordering a taxi for a reasonable price. I will definitely stay at these apartments again if I'm here next time.

I absolutely loved my stay at Goari Guest House in Tbilisi! The woman who owns it is honestly the sweetest and kindest lady ever — she made me feel right at home from the very beginning. Her warmth and care were so genuine, it truly felt like staying with family.
Her sons were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and everything about the stay was just perfect.
And the location? As amazing as it gets! Right in the heart of Tbilisi, it’s super easy to explore the city by foot and still come back to a quiet, peaceful place. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat — can’t recommend it enough!

The location was excellent and near to the main attractions, every thing was available, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc.
The yard was very beautiful and we took many special pictures there.
The balcony was cosy and we had our breakfasts there.
George who picked up us from airport was polite, on time, and kind. His car was spacious and very clean.
