Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel.
Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want..
superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance..
as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything..
this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our room is big and comfortable. A water dispenser is provided in the room which really helped. And the dinner buffet at Ink & Plate is delicious! We loved our stay here. 🥰

The bedrooms were of an excellent standard, had all the amenities and the views were stunning
Access to the swimming pool was simple enough
Breakfast buffet was brilliant - variety, the amount and the taste!
Staff extremely helpful at all levels - reception, valets, cleaners and concierge.
Getting a taxi was so easy directly outside of the hotel and staff helped getting in and out
With the shopping mall, and access to the other malls in the vicinity straight out of the hotel, it made for a brilliant experience and all within air conditioned accessways
