The room was very well thought out, perfect family room with kids- loved the kiddy bedroom slippers, kiddy amenities, even a little stool for the kids to reach the sink.

Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel. Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want.. superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance.. as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything.. this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

Super convenient location next to MOKO mall and MK east MTR station. Perfect for families. Also a short walk to Fa Yuen street where you can go late night shopping (up until 11pm!) Huge rooms and comfy beds. Staff were super friendly. Especially the ones at the door. Helped us call taxis, unload our luggage etc. Reception staff could have been better relatively but they were still ok. Have a drinkable water filter tap so don’t have to keep buying bottled water.

Hong Kong's mineral water is expensive, but the hotel can provide an unlimited amount of drinking water. People returning from tourists drink a large amount of water, which hotel also has a free shuttle bus. Very convenient! The surrounding bus stops and subways are also more convenient. The staff reception is very thoughtful.
