A brand new hotel that only opened in September, everything is clean and orderly. Fast check-in process and enthusiastic and proactive staff. The room area feels slightly larger compared to hotels of the same level and type in HK. The room faces Victoria Harbour and offers a panoramic view of the entire Hong Kong Island. The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good!

First thing we noticed was how attentive, helpful and kind the staff at the door and check in desk were. We had a lovely room with a great view! (The complimentary drinks were also a plus!) The glass lift is also very cool!
