One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Everything, but most of all is the staff. Everyone I've come in contact with, either in person or over the phone, is so friendly, professional, and helpful. They are truly the asset of this hotel and what keep the guests coming back time and time again. I indicated in the booking that I was there for a weekend of the birthday celebration. The hotel staff decorated the room to give me a lovely surprise when I checked in. They also sent a complimentary birthday cake, with a hand-written card and a lion 🦁 soft toy. These gestures are very thoughtful and made my stay there special and memorable. I really appreciated it.

A brand new hotel that only opened in September, everything is clean and orderly. Fast check-in process and enthusiastic and proactive staff. The room area feels slightly larger compared to hotels of the same level and type in HK. The room faces Victoria Harbour and offers a panoramic view of the entire Hong Kong Island. The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good! * The deposit collected by the hotel has been informed to be refunded in about 2 weeks.
