We, three adults, lived in this apartment for 7 nights. Everything is new, clean! The hostess is very hospitable, she left 2 bottles of water, juice and sweets in the refrigerator, very nice! We were given a map of Split and a booklet about the apartment and attractions! The apartment is on the third floor, no elevator, we climbed very easily, 10 minutes walk from the center, it's very convenient! Very quiet! There are mosquito nets and blinds on the windows! The air conditioner works, but we rarely turned it on! Everything is very clean, beds, towels! There is soap, shower gel, washing powder, all kitchen utensils, even a grill, coffee machine, ironing board and iron! There is no balcony, but there is a special device for hanging wet clothes on the street! Everything dries quickly! Would we still like to rent this housing, yes, yes, of course! We would recommend, yes! The highest score for this housing and friendly hostess!

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

Everything was transparent! No hidden surprises! Clean and professional. Location was perfect. There’s paid parking just 3 min walk and it is very reasonable price. Walking distance to everything! We loved everything about the hotel! The staff is friendly and professional, the room, the gym and the roof top pool area. We didn’t mind the walk from the city, even if we were tired after a long day it felt nice to get away from the hectic center. Also, we enjoyed to just relax at the nice hotel some time.

The host was great and the apartment just a breath away from the old city of Split. It was fully equipped and very clean. It even had a wardrobe room and a second shower in the main room. The kitchen had everything you needed. The parking area was open -like a public parking area- and 2’ min away, but it was not a problem to us. The host helped us carry our luggage. She also gave us a map and marked all the places we should visit. She was very kind and helpful.

Everything was great , there is a mall opposite to the hotel so what else can one need ? It’s a 20 min walk to the old city . Easy to get cabs ,the mall has cafés , restaurants ,t mobile stores and even a Tommy supermarket .
