First of all, the staff is great. Especially Sara, who helped us a lot with advices, even with the parking. The other two ladies were very nice too. Comfy beds. Everything was clean. The location is great! Close to everything you need to see in Split. Even though we didn't had any breakfast, every morning they gave us cofee (beside the cofee we had in the apartments) and croissants.
We booked one night, but after a few hours we decided to stay for another night, into an another apartment, a bigger one, with a great terrace. The one we booked with Booking was also great, with a balcony, wich was great for us, because we are smokers.
Also, the parking lot is just 2-3 minutes from Korta. We paid 12 euros/night for the parking spot. You can pay hourly on the machine, or you can go next morning to your car and you will find a paper in your windshield. You take it and go pay to the postoffice situated close to the parking lot.
Split was great and our stay at Korta was also great. We plan to come back in 2 or 3 years.

Very cosy and well-decorated apartment. Complimentary coffee capsules and well equipped kitchen. Only 3-5 minutes away from the city center, close to coffee shops, super markets, shops. Staff was helpful and cordial. Beds were comfy and cosy, additional heating means provided.

Great spacious apartment in split within walking distance to everything! Apartment is on 4th floor with stairs but the place was quiet, clean and comfy! Good restaurant below as well which has good breakfast!

So much to love: the location from old town, our spacious and well-appointed rooms, but the courtyard and Antonia are what made this a 10!! We were a multi-generational family of eight staying in 4 rooms for 5 nights -- the courtyard was our favourite place to spend time together. The on-site laundry facilities were a huge help as we were at the half-way point of our 2 week vacation. We all loved Antonia and appreciated her advice -- she always checked in with our our 80+ year old parents and reassured us how safe the neighbourhood was so our university aged kids were free to explore and go out at night.

We arrived on a rainy day and the warm welcome from the host Ana from Sweet rooms with croissants and opportunity to make some tea and coffee in the room cheered us up until the rain was over and we could go out to explore the city and find some place for lunch. The apartment has a perfect location, nearby the Old Town and close to the public transport. There are 2 supermarkets almost around the corner, and some bakeries and market just few minutes walk away. The room is spacious, super clean and quiet. It is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. We really enjoyed our stay there!
