I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. The apartment looked spectaculair and the facilities were great. Contact with owner was very easy and helpful. Answers were provided very quickly. If you are for a longer period in Surabaya i recommend this place.

The location is really, really great - just a stone's throw to ciputra world mall and street vendors. Staff are very friendly. Drinking water was freely available.

Don’t book the place. The only plus was the location close to the Ciputra and the places we were visiting during our stay. Nothing more.

The apartment was superb. Clean. Complete utensils. Comfy beds, cool AC.There was a small playground and pool we can use on the ground floor. The check in procedures was very detail, makes it super smooth and easy after a long tiring drive from Bali. Awesome 👍👍
