The staff was very attentive and friendly, the cleanliness was very good, the place is very comfortable and cozy. We loved that the plants were everywhere. Always hot water, tea, coffee and something to eat available. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent Gudeg at Bu Parto just down the road. Complimentary coffee and muffin each day were nice. Balcony view bagus. Helpful staff assisted parking motor. Location bagus.

The staff were so warm and kind! I loved their recommendations on what we could do, their stories and just general kindness to guests! The freshly squeezed juices and hot drinks were also very nice, and all the lush plants made the place look super nice! I’d definitely be back!

we loved this hotel from a to z. people are super friendly, rooms are clean, shower is nice as well! pro tipp: get your morning coffee from the crew of dropshot coffee and the fresh croissant from via via bakery… everything within 2 min walk!

Feels like family - super welcome staff and always there to help. The location is perfect, easy to get around, i even rented a scooter directly from ranasa. Nice pool to cool down during hot days, great facility and overall amazing experience. Will be back for sure.
