Staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was excellent. Meals were varied and delicious. Location was excellent in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and transportation either bus, rail or cabs which could be easily hailed in front of hotel.

The hotel had great charm and lived up to its expectations as the oldest hotel in Dublin, very easy access to all the main sites and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed the live music and dancing and the breakfast, both Irish traditional and Continental were excellent 😀
