Great location, extremely helpful and supportive staff, well trained and ever-alert house keeping, amazing reception and customer relation. I would rate this hotel above 5 star. This was my 5th stay in this hotel in last 4 months. I have never thought of looking for any other hotel in the city. I would especially like to mention the housekeeping team Christal & Bharat who took special care of me and my room and greeted me with wonderful decorations.
