Afonso Guest House has a hospitality you can not find any place else. The personal attention from Jeanette and Clifton is very joyful and so friendly, they are superb. They made my vacation stress free arranging everything I needed. The rooms are spotless clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The terrace is a beautiful peaceful place where breakfast is served full of exotic plants with great taste and soft music to enjoy. The location is the best where one can enjoy long walks surrounded by colorful old Portuguese houses. My best vacation with no doubt has been here at Afonso Guest House.

the breakfast was quite sufficiently varied. would have liked some bacon or ham on the menu. liked the fruit - very well served and very tasty. the dosas too were welcome. all the vegetable dishes served were very tasty

The service provided was excellent. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The ambience at Marbella feels like a warm, inviting home, which is a pleasure to return to after a long day out and about.
