The staff was absolutely fantastic in how friendly and supportive they were on any queries or requests. The room was nice and the whole villa area well kept. The location is great and located right in front of a very popular cafe with great sea view.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, beds had mosquito nets which was great. Staff are lovely and make you a great breakfast (go for some local breakfast on request). Good food in restaurant right next to it and a short walk to others. Short walk to beach and other bars etc.

Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

Room was excellent, staff was lovely, breakfast was good, security man was excellent and always attentive, the young guy on reception(as well as on breakfast service) was very helpful with all our requests, cleaners were excellent also, I personally liked the entrance it was striking

We loved everything about our stay here - so good that we decided to extend our three night booking to include a further three nights 😊
The accommodation was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and peaceful (although just a short walk to the cliff).
The host helped us with a making a variety of bookings (train, taxi, great massage).
Tea/coffee/filtered water facilities in communal hallway.
Feeling of it being very safe and secure.
Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, peaceful stay here. Good location near the beach. Nice common room and comfortable bed. Very helpful staff who pointed out the occasional theatre show in town which I was very happy to attend. Hopefully I can come back soon!
