The room is in a very nice residential building in a quiet neighbourhood, easily connected to the centre (20-30 minutes by public transport). Spacious room with little kitchen and bathroom inside and another complementary kitchen in the common area with a Nespresso machine and other amenities. The owner bringing croissants in the morning was just an additional top detail. Our stay was fantastic, totally recommended.

Everything was just great! The room was very clean and pretty, the bed was comfortable, towels and pillows were also very nice. AC worked perfect, and there is enough space in the room. Turned out the area where B&B is located was not so far from the city center, and it was really authentic and nice. I also visited two restaurants for dinner following the advice from host and enjoyed both of them. The host also allowed to leave the luggage at her place as my plane was late in the evening.

The location is near San Giovanni metro station, which is about a 15-minute journey from city center.
The owner is a great guy, very helpful and nice. There's a bakery next to the place, perfect for breakfast or a quick coffee. There's also private parking nearby. We arrived at 8pm and the staff at the parking didn't speak English, owner of Sweet Home Faleria kindly spoke with him over my phone and settled everything.
Would 100 % recommend.
