Location is easy to Venice centre, cute Italian restaurants also nearby. We even had two rooms. As a welcome gift they gave us free Venice spritz at the bar. Breakfast was good and also has a free fresh juices which was impressive.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend

The host is super friendly and funny, he gave us a lot of tips. Some snacks for breakfast and tomatoes from the family garden were provided which was a lovely surprise!
The garden yard is a little paradise and provides a peaceful hideaway from the buzz of Venice city while being very well connected to the center. A dream location!

Nice appartment , perfect for a couple. The appartment is big, new, quiet and clean with mosquito screens. Location is fantastic. When you arrive with the vaporetto, you open a “secret door” and leave behind all the noise and chaos of Venice. Many good and affordable restaurants close by, with view of Venice in the sunset. We will surely return to Giudecca and this appartment.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The waterbus stop was very close, which made getting around Venice easy and convenient. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very clear check in details and warm welcome from Laura. Fast and efficient back up plan to propose alternative accommodation when there was a hiccup with the boiler. An excellent spacious apartment and a wonderful balcony and rooftop terrace. Easy access to Venice, we loved the vaporetto and really loved our stay.

Patch of Eden is, at the same time, well connected to all other main places in Venice but also independent enough to be quiet in a city crowded by tourists.
The apartment is large, surrounded by green spaces, silent at night and luminous during the day. There are also several places to have a nice meal.
Then, Francesca and David were superb from beginning to end!
To sum up, a great option if you are visiting Venice!

The apartment was lovely, nice and clean. A perfect place for a family, with two bedrooms. Near by two stops for vaporetto.
Safe and quiet surroundings. It was a nice surprise to find even two booklets with lots of information about Venice.
The kitchen was well equipped, and the livingroom was beautiful with enough place for a whole family.
The owner was very helpful and friendly.
I am more than satisfied and I hope I will be able to stay at Ca'Milla even next time when I'll visit Venice.
