Hotel Al Codega was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning — they even arranged a water taxi to pick us up at the train station, which made our arrival so much smoother.
The location was phenomenal: within a 15-minute walk, we could reach all of Venice’s main attractions. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, which gave us a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring.
Breakfast and the hotel facilities were great — everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We’re really happy to have found this hotel and to have had it as part of our Italy journey!

Firstly, the hotel is located near the Rialt Bridge Ferry Terminal and is easily accessible from the central station by ferry. As toilets are scarce in Venice, it is convenient to have a hotel in a tourist area to go back to use toilet in the hotel.
Secondly, the front desk spoke polite English in a way that was easy to understand. Some hotels often give one-sided explanations in barbs, but this hotel was polite.
