Everything was perfect here! I couldn’t ask for the better service! I was received by a young man who was very gentle and thoughtful, he took me to everywhere in the hostel and showing me everything , I was impressed by his good service even though who got hurt on his nose , cheers ! Everything in the room was spectacularly clean and felt brand new. The location is about as good as it can get for someone touring the old part of Amman. Breakfast is had on the 7th floor with a wonderful downtown view. Hosts were very pleasant.

This was our second stay here. We had a lovely time. Friendly staff. The pool was open - bit chilly still but lovely to sit outside and relax after sightseeing. The drivers we had from the hotel for airport transfers were excellent. Front desk / room service / housekeeping staff etc were also very friendly and helpful. Having a lounge area and kitchenette made the difference. The free laundry facilities are a superb touch.
