Travelling with a teenager we were upgraded to a suite with a third bed. Staff are lovely; kind, attentive, smiley, very helpful. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with local foods and western options, all freshly sourced mostly from Jordanian produce. Excellent value. Concierges very knowledgable of where to go for dining and also shopping; we needed swim wear and they knew exactly where to go. We were drinking and the valets looked after the car very well. It’s easy on and off one of the main roads in and out of Amman.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff went out of their way to help us at 4am and were so friendly. The place is in the heart of downtown so easy to access everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms immaculate
