Close to city Center and train station but super quiet. It's an Oasis in-between a big city. Compared to Japanese standard it's a big apartment and perfect for families. The are up-to-date and have a marvelous design.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect and quite close to the train and bus stations. The hotel staff were very helpful and there was a luggage delivery service that was quite handy. I loved everything about this hotel, comfortable, clean and amazing room and location for the price! Also there is a free onsen everyone can use!

Everything!!! We were a group of 7 .it was perfect just next to the mall , 5 mins walk from kyoto station. The apartment was very spacious, and lots of things could be borrowed from the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful . Loved it

I almost want to gatekeep this hotel - it's that good 😁. It's like a special little secret hidden away on a side street that only travellers who 'know' would know about. This place wins on all fronts: location, room size, room amenities, design, comfort of the beds, and OMG THE SHOWER!!!
