We loved it all. There were free drinks in the very nice lounge, the onsen was lovely, the room had a big window with a view which we didn't expect. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean. We'd stay here again !

Everything. Location is great, few restos around, big shopping mall just next to the hotel. Extremely nice and helpful staff, my children didnt want to leave. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The cherry on top was a small tv in the bathroom.

Very good location. In front of a metro station or a 10 minute walk to the main Kyoto station. Shopping centre nearby. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. The coffee in the hotel and matcha tea latte was very good!

The smell in the lobby was awesome. Everything else worked perfectly as well. Very close to the Kioto Railway Station made it greatly located. The room was spacious and very convenient. Highly recommended!
