Superb Japanese hotel with premium facilities and premium service. Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

It has a great location: close to all amenities and attractions. There are lots of places to eat and metro stations. We even had a supermarket and an ATM right on the building. And yes, the room was super comfortable, even with 3 people in it! Daily cleaning, facial cleansing kits, bottles of water - they thought of every detail.

We booked this place for our last night in Tokyo and the room didn’t disappoint. The room was very spacious (twin size) and the location was great, in a very nice area close to Tokyo dome.
I liked that the room had plenty of space of our luggage and that they provide you with complementary jelly and water. Apparently there’s also free soba during the evening but we didn’t get to try it.
The staff also let us store our luggage after checkout and let us in earlier than the official checkin area with no additional cost. That was really kind of them.
