Spacious room, large comfortable bed, and a great big shower. Robes, slippers, fridge, two free bottles of water, and delicious roasted green tea with an accompanying kettle!
Lovely staff, a check-in gashapon game (we won free drink and 10% discount vouchers for the downstairs restaurant), and free origami for rainy days.
Overall a wonderful hotel.

The visit exceeded our expectations and we have visited 4 different 5 Stars Hotels in Tokio.
The feeling when you enter the Hotel, you feel like you are in another world. Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling,
Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station.
Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect.
The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem.
We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.

Room was perfect and my view was incredible. The staff kindly accommodated my request for a view of the Tokyo Tower. Staff was very helpful with my needs and sightseeing requests. Dinner and breakfast were great.
