Couldnt have found a better place to rest my head after a long trip from Europe - comfy, quiet, great bathtub, convenient location, friendly staff. And the robot is hilarious, reminding you how different modern Japanese culture is. The common area also lends itself to connecting with others. All i can suggest is they get a capuccino maker, that would have been the cherry on the icing!

Excellent hotel. Great service from all staff. Everyone spoke English and very willing to help out if needed. Great food in restaurant and room service. Will be back here on our next trip to Tokyo since we feel its our home from now on.

A huge room with buitifull traditional design, amazing bathroom. a lot of small extras in the room and drinks/snacks in the library. Daily full room cleaning. Very nice neighborhood. Few metro lines just next to the hotel. Quite at night. We spent 5 nights and was highly satisfied with our room and the overall service. Would definitely stay again and already recommended to my friends and family.

The room was beautiful and spacious and all the details were really nice and well thought out. The location was close to so many things but also quiet and out of the way from hustle and bustle. The staff was extremely attentive and polite. It’s one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at and definitely the best in an urban center that I’ve experienced.
