Breakfast buffet was more than great- but sushi breakfast on 30th floor was below expectations.
All staffs were exceptionally kind and helpful, which made my stay happier.
The view- partial Rainbow Bridge- really was breathtaking.
Definitely will visit again!

Everything - the staff, the location, the incredible views, the amenities, the gym etc etc. Out of all the places we stayed whilst on our honeymoon to Japan, this was easily the best. The price was more by comparison, but it still had the highest value.

The room with a bunk bed was truly amazing. My kids loved it and I got my own separate bed!
The facilities were very nice - just wish they had an onsen - but overall high quality and can't complain.
The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs.

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly! What is also nice is that there is a 'happy hour' where you can get free drinks in the lobby. There is also free candy/ice cream. I only stayed for one night but I would have been happy to have this as a base for a stay in Tokyo.
