So clean and all the facilities we needed and more.
The staff were amazing. My husband and I lost our passports and the staff went above and beyond to help us find our passports.
Love that we had access to the lounge with a free bar / snacks / coffee. It was such a treat and there was an amazing view of Tokyo from there. Also it was our honeymoon and we kept getting little gifts - so sweet of them!
It says it’s a 4 star hotel but honestly felt and looked like a 5 star. Highly recommend!

The staff are nice and very helpful especially Akira. He drove us very early 4:30 am in Tokyo station to catch our bullet train going to Osaka. The room is very clean and close to okubo station. I highly recommend. We are definitely come back to stay again. He even give us a give. Thank you Akira salute 👏👏👏

The hotel was wonderful. Everything was very clean and modern. The bathroom and shower was amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well.
They provided towels, tooth brushes, slippers and there was even a little kitchen in the room.
Everything was really nice and done with a lot of love to detail.
Also check-in and check-out was very easy.
The location was perfect as it was just a short 3-5min walk to the nearest train stations. There was convenience stores and restaurants near by as well.
We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

The room was spotlessly clean. It was a good size for 2 people. We had a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee/water. Although we didn't have time to wash our clothes, the free use of laundry facilities was convenient. The location is close Hatsudai station, which is one stop away from Shinjuku station.

It was well curated and had ample space for the style of accommodation. The tv was big and had access to lots of streaming.
We enjoyed the coffee that was generously left by Ken and also we enjoyed the front balcony.
Furthermore, Ken was easily one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever head. It’s evident that he cares about his guest and puts their needs first

The property was in the best location for a family with teenagers. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but just a couple city blocks away from the nightlife noise. It was also just a block away from the train which we road often to get around the other districts of Tokyo. The staff was very friendly! My kids were delighted when we first walked in the room, even thought they are both teenager 14 and 18 yo, they loved to tuck away into their bunk beds with curtains. Just enough private space. Having laundry washing machine in the room was perfect as we packed light so we didn’t have to lug around huge suitcases in our many stops through Japan. Thank you Hotel Pasela Living, we will be back!
