The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They know English and are willing to help you with anything. They clean the room and give you new towels every day. The toilet is the normal western one, not the Japanese futuristic one but that's ok. The futons are very comfortable. The train station is very close and they have a convenient store close by.

My capsule was very clean and comfortable. It was super quiet and the bathroom facilities were super clean.
I liked the fact that there was a place to lock my luggage and my valuables inside the capsule.
The location is very convenient as it is like 1 minute walk from Kuramae station and several convenient stores and 24-hour restaurants nearby!
Bonus point for the lounge where we can read mangas (even English versions are provided).

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood, but 3 minutes walk from major train/metro network. Good to be by Ueno station for direct line from Narita airport or Shinkansen north/south. Professional and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed (best sleep in 4 months after SE Asia travel) and clean room, small closet area and a refrigerator for 7-eleven drinks/snacks, just the right size for 2 people. Self-laundry was very convenient with washing machine that has built-in laundry detergent, makes it so simple. Outside lounge space was lovely. Felt like we could relax and feel at home.

The room I reserved was very spacious and came with a well equipped kitchen and 2 different areas to sit/eat which was great for a longer stay. It is rare to find that much space in Tokyo at an affordable price. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed discovering the little local restaurants and cafe nearby.

It was exceptional in every way. Minimalist but comfortable and practical room. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, great location away from the hectic centre. Couldn't hope for any more from a hotel. It even had a laundry and Suica card dispenser on site! Right opposite a metro station.
