A bit outside from center like Tokyo Station but such a wonderful deal. Walking around the neighborhood is relaxing away from the hustle bustle. Check in is beautiful, staff very friendly and so helpful. There was a lounge area with snacks/drinks/games and seating area to enjoy, super cute and welcoming. The amenities was a super cute plus that I was not expecting to be so good. Room was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were so comfy. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in or around Tokyo. The hosts are kind and helpful; the property itself is beautiful and spacious, and a very cool hybrid of attractive older construction and contemporary amenities that make it very comfortable for travelers. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and options for sleeping arrangements, and we were very comfortable.
Our boys enjoyed dressing up in the provided ninja outfits, and I sat down to read some of the Japanese manga library when I had a minute.
We loved the neighborhood. It’s quiet and peaceful, and English doesn’t seem to be spoken much in this area, which we considered to be a positive thing and a good opportunity to practice and expand our limited skills in Japanese. We tried to be invisible and to blend into the neighborhood as much as 5 Americans are able, and I feel like we were generally well received by everyone we met on the street and in the shops.

Great stay at this new accommodation! It’s conveniently located near the train station with easy access to the city. The self check-in process was smooth, and they provided all the necessary information well in advance, which made everything easy. The staff I communicated with was also very responsive and polite. Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.
