2nd visit here and am always treated well. It's mostly a business hotel (i.e. you book it to have a place to sleep) but the hotel is modern, clean and even when booked with Booking.com gives you the BW perks.

Very practical accommodation if you plan to travel by Shinkansen towards Osaka or Shizuoka. The hotel is located directly above the train station, with a convenient shuttle bus connection from Haneda Airport. It offers fast and easy access to Tokyo, and with a JR Pass, train rides are free of charge. The laundry service was very helpful, and as a bonus, hotel lounge access was included. Uniqlo and many other shops are just a few floors below in the same building, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. A great place to stay both after arriving in Japan or before your departure.

Perfect for what I needed. A base to go to and from Yokohama Station. Really comfortable rooms with good amenities! Also booked a smoking room but they changed it to an available non-smoking room for me - thank you. As much coffee, tea and bath salts as you need available at reception. Lovely staff and felt well rested after my stay.

The hotel was perfectly clean and in an excellent location.
I love that the room i chose has it's own sauna, this was fantastic.
Really comfy beds.
TV that you can screen mirror and log onto your own netflix account (ideal as a foreigner wanting to watch English movies at night).
Vending machines and ice machines on the floors are great.
Very convenient with a large Espot supermarket across the road, a choice of many konbinis (Lawson and 7-11), subway station within 3mins walk (Kitashinyokohama which is only 1 stop away from Shin-Yokohama where you can catch the Shinkansen) and perfect if you're visiting the area for sporting events held at Nissan Stadium which is within walking distance (10-15mins walk).
Would definitely stay here again.
