Although we arrived late at night, the staff were still very friendly and helped us with everything. The room was immaculate and even came with a speaker, the lighting was modern and intuitive, and the toilet was amazing! I love the bidet and how it has a shower and a bath. The comfort levels were exceptional and the breakfast was delectable. I would definitely come here again.

I recently stayed at HOTEL PLUMM with my Family and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the Staffs were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The queen room was better looking and bigger in person than in the pictures. The value of the hotel is hard to beat and the location in Yokohama is great. As the hotel is within walking distance of the malls/waterfront and only a short walk away from a metro station.
