I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the metro station. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was basic but spacious, comfortable and suited our short stay needs. Excellent location, walking distance to many main attractions and station. Loved the Japanese style sleeping experience. Breakfast was Japanese style, basic, but good experience.

Beds were very comfortable. View from the room was exceptional - both day/night views. I especially liked how the bathroom was stocked with large bottles of refillable soaps & shampoo bottles plus the skincare products. It was not limited to the standard small bottles. Our room was a Bay Club room and it was nice to have complimentary access to the Bay Club Lounge on the 25th floor and the complimentary drinks in the frig. Location is excellent!! Train station - Sakuragicho within close walking distance, shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, drug stores, entertainment all within Queens Plaza and Landmark Plaza totally amazing!! Enjoyed orchestra entertainment in the Queen Plaza. Amusement part right across the street from the Yokohama Bay.
