It’s a beautiful and quiet place in a lovely neighbourhood, I could walk to the UN compound for my meetings. The staff are amazing and the food excellent -they were very welcoming & accommodating of early breakfasts or other requests. The cabins are really lovely and it felt very safe. I thoroughly recommend:) and close to Karura forest also which is great for walks or running.

The staffs is friendly, helpful and attentive. They were very available via email before arriving and prepared dinner for us ahead of time since we had a late arrival. The room was perfect for my family of 3. And we loved the location. Lots of green areas it felt like an oasis.

As soon as I got to GLV II , I felt very welcomed and the room was beautiful, the decor made me feel that I was in beautiful Kenia, with a lot of taste, the furniture, etc., all related to the culture of Africa. I was in the room Kifaru (Rhino in swahili) The staff was so friendly and professional, Lilly the Manager made sure I felt comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the food in Restaurabt 5th Avenue was superbe! I highly recommend this hotel, it’s just amazing!

The room was excellent. My colleague and I slept comfortably during our stay there and every time we came back from our conference, the room was always clean and we didn't expect them to clean it every day! It was much needed after a long tiring day. Breakfast was my most favourite meal being in Nairobi the whole trip. I would always look forward to breakfast buffet every time I woke up. There was different menu for the breakfast buffet every morning and I enjoyed every bit of it, THANK YOU CHEF! Luckily a work colleague recommended this hotel to us as it was close to the venue our conference took place. Just 3-5 minutes walk up the road to the UN Office Building. How cool! We did not order any Uber to get there. I found it soooo convenient that there was a Box Park next to it like a mini mall, a shop, a grocery store, Dominos Pizza surrounding the hotel which fulfilled kept us full. So good!
