The location, the staff, the ambience, the room, the restaurant, the food, the baggage storage facility. Everything that I was looking for as a transit hotel before my journey to Masai mara was wonderful. The check in process was smooth, the check out was more smoother. They helped with the baggage storage when I was away for 2 days at Masari mara. A special mention to their restaurant which has the best ambience and the best food.
The location is in the city but the rooms towards the trees make you feel you are away from the hustle.
Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi

The staff were always warm and friendly. The food was amazing. I'd like to mention the chauffeur service led by Mr. Eston and his team was incredible. Very comfortable and polite. Ms. Leah at the reception, great to have met you. Mr. Edwin, Mr. Jeremy was always a delight driving around town with you.

Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in shower room. Kettle for tea and coffee, plus microwave and fridge. The pool wasn't open during my 2night stay but that didn't matter. It's an ideal area for walking to the museum and to the city centre, and hotel is cheaper than the neighbouring options. Fabulous seafood restaurant 5mins walk away. Staff and security very friendly and always happy!
