Front office staff is very kind and always here to help us.
The location is very nice and accommodation are spacious, clean and well equipped.
Very nice stay 👍🏼
Swimming pool and fitness very convenient and clean too.
There is also a Sauna but we didn’t tried yet.

The staff is amazing, you get greeted with Welcome home every time you get back. Being in an area with embassies, and on a private street, you need to be greeted at the gate and send off each time you come in/go out, but it didn’t bother me, it made the stay pleasant nevertheless.
Nice garden to lounge in and the rooms spacious.
Liked the touch of the yoga mat in the room

it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.

I stayed here for two nights. It was my first time staying at a vegan hotel and I enjoyed it! I was travelling alone and stayed at the single room. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean with great shower pressure. Room had a great space for one person and quiet for a good sleep. I also liked how the hotel is eco-friendly and sustainable. Decent internet speed. Secure access to room via pin/key code.
There is also a cafe just downstairs of the hotel space. As a guest I had complimentary coffee or tea in the mornings. I also ordered their plant-based local dishes, which were all so delicious and filling. One of the best vegan/plant-based spots in the city.
The staff were all so friendly. I chatted briefly with Tamsin who was lovely!
The area was good too - just walking distance to some shops, market, other eateries. The hotel was located in a quiet part of this area.

The location was near my workplace. The staff were very friendly. I needed some urgent printing done and Dara helped me to print out my documents without any charge. The staff were responsive to requests. The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable with two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a living room and a dining table. There was also a washing machine on the balcony with detergent and softener provided. I was there for 3 weeks and felt perfectly comfortable.
