Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff were so lovely. Could not do enough. Owner made an effort to welcome us and chat at breakfast. Breakfast was beautiful and nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant for dinner was also amazing. Felt very safe while there as you have to buzz to get in. Surrounding was fabulous.
Massage was one of the nicest I've had. Would highly recommend staying here. I want to go back soon!

The head concierge Mr Vutha went out of his way to organise everything perfectly and professionally.
Room was great, so was bed and bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bassac Signature! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The infinity pool offers an amazing view, and the breakfast was excellent – with options for every taste from around the world. The room was modern, well air-conditioned, and beautifully designed. The bathroom is high-end and stylish, inspired by Chinese design but perfectly suited to Western comfort. The location is very central and convenient. Highly recommended!

it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.

I stayed here for two nights. It was my first time staying at a vegan hotel and I enjoyed it! I was travelling alone and stayed at the single room. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean with great shower pressure. Room had a great space for one person and quiet for a good sleep. I also liked how the hotel is eco-friendly and sustainable. Decent internet speed. Secure access to room via pin/key code.
There is also a cafe just downstairs of the hotel space. As a guest I had complimentary coffee or tea in the mornings. I also ordered their plant-based local dishes, which were all so delicious and filling. One of the best vegan/plant-based spots in the city.
The staff were all so friendly. I chatted briefly with Tamsin who was lovely!
The area was good too - just walking distance to some shops, market, other eateries. The hotel was located in a quiet part of this area.

We loved this efficient 2 bedroom apartment. It was a great size for 4 days in Phnom Penh for our family of 4. The staff were helpful when we asked for bedding for the folding couch so our boys would not have to share a bed (although they clearly thought we were crazy). The kitchen was well equipped for Asia. The location was great near plenty of grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy tuk tuk ride to the centre. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families or small groups.
