The location is great, EX12 has elevator, and it is very close to GEM STAY and their is a convenience store in the first floor. Besides, there is a wowpass machine just in this convenience store, how perfect it is !!!
No need to face to face then check-in is very convenient, they sent password before we arrive.
And everything in the room is very very sufficient.
Very very crecommend.!!!
But there is one thing, I am confused, should we thorw our garbage by ourselves? or we just leave in the room?

Apartment is spacious, very clean, has all the amenieties everything is there, plenty of towels, tooth brushes, soap, toilet paper etc. Beds are big and comfortable, 3 double beds, very comfortable, clean linen, the host is also very kind and she let us check in early. Location is quite good you are right in the Seomyeon area. There is also filtered drinking water provided.

First time in a toyoko inn hotel . I must say i was amazed how functional a small room can be . I really liked the small details like the extra mirror and the humidifier. The breakfast for me as a european was a pleasant surprise since i am a fan of asian food . Simple and tasty . I am a toyoko inn fanboy now .

It was a birthday trip to Busan and, of course, the place to stay in was very important.
Arban hotel was picked up because of a price for staying.
We booked Premier Twin Room.
It's spacious, light and has everything that requires a cozy staying.
In terms of ergonomics, everything is well thought out.
Beds deserve a separate comment - they are very comfortable.
