Located in a very strategic spot in the city centre. Breakfast spread was excellent and everything was tastefully prepared. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Hotel room was comfortable with a nice view of the city. Would highly recommend Kingsbury and return in the future.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of Colombo, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Regent Residencies in Colombo. This family-owned hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We loved having a balcony with a beautiful view of a nearby Buddhist stupa. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic breakfast, with a variety of fresh and delicious options that kept us full for the day ahead. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.

A very nice, new and very clean place at the heart of Colombo. The location is also perfect and the staff more than nice! We absolutely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Colombo!

My stay was absolutely great and that is why I am giving 10 on review, however as informed earlier to duty manager, someone smoked on non smoking floor and made the stay very unpleasant. Hilton told that they will compensate the uncomfortable stay it never happened. Look forward for an point compensation.
