We loved everything. The staff were friendly, efficient and informative. The Riad exceeded all our expectations. All three rooms were traditional, spacious and clean. The restaurant food, terrace and pool were amazing too.

The staff was so nice, it felt like staying with family. They were caring and always making sure everything was fine. They offered great tips regarding things to do and see. And the importance of negotiating (most) prices in Marrakech...lol. They also got me an appointment at a lovely Hammam, less than 5 minutes from the riad. It was heavenly. The location was great, I was able to walk to most places I wanted to visit. It's very safe, also at night and offers a great choice in restaurants. The riad itself is nicely decorated, well kept, and clean.I loved the quiet of the rooftop.

Reasonable location very close to all major attractions Good room and very clean riad Staff were excellent! Very welcoming and helpful. The morrocan tea was the highlight of the trip for sure. Breakfast was very nice. Only thing to mention for visitors who may not be aware: there is a small tourist charge (2.5€ per person per night) which is not included in the booking fee.

Had a lovely experience, the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. We requested a vegetarian breakfast, and they accommodated us by preparing it specially. Also, they made special arrangements for our first anniversary (decoration & cake). Highly recommended, special thanks to Asmae.

The riad is absolutely beautiful - a very stylish mix of modern and historic elements. The atmosphere is truly peaceful - beautiful court and the rooftop terrace is great to relax and for breakfast. Also got a nice massage. I spent my birthday here, so amazing Imane welcomed me with some beautiful flowers and made me really feel like at home. Mohamed gave me some great insights about Henna and the berber culture. All the staff are great people - just warm and really nice to have a chat with them.

The hotel is nice located, very quiet and clean, the room was big and veryyy clean. The staff was very helpful, anytime willing to help us and made us feel like home. They offered wonderful traditional breakfast and they even gave us more of that. Totally recommended!!

Riad Miss Caracal in Kasbah, Marrakech, is incredible! The staff here are so friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. When we reached they welcomed us with Moroccon Tea and some bakery snacks (it was such a beautiful gesture to make one feel taken care of! After a heavy travel that's exactly what one needs, and they understand this really well!) And believe me, it's just as beautiful in person as it looks in the photos... 💗
