This hotel is STUNNING. From the minute you enter the lobby you are completely taken care of, from a porter taking your bags, to the reception directing you to your room and explaining all the things included and where best to eat, shop and sightsee. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the best shops and also close to the harbor and casino. The room was just lovey, and so clean and the bed was super comfortable too. LOVED the turn down service also..... Makes you feel spoiled! We ate at the Michelin Star - Pavilion Restaurant that's inside the hotel and aside from the food being delicious, you get the amazing sunset views over the harbor!
They also offer - at a small charge - a concierge service for when you arrive and depart which I HIGHLY recommend. You are fast tracked through the airport, customs, immigration, everything. WELL WORTH IT. On a side note, we also chose for the helicopter to fly us to Monte-Carlo from Nice airport and the views are Jaw-dropping, as well as it being super fast. You are then taken to the hotel from the helipad. Definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself - the hotel can arrange the for you too.
Would definitely recommend this hotel - the staff could not have more helpful and friendly and it's just a beautiful place to stay!

Unlike many grand old hotels, this one certainly lived up to the hype. The room was modern and exceedingly spacious with a full sized walk in closet and double bathroom. The balcony was also spacious and we appreciated the fact that ours overlooked the patio area of the hotel rather than the noisier Casino area. From the valet, to the reception staff, concierge and doorman, all were very friendly and helpful. We were also given complimentary use of the hotel's spa to shower and change after we had checked out as we had a late flight to catch.

I would like to thank Giancarlo for the wonderful hospitality during my stay. The property is not only impeccably clean and comfortable, but its unbeatable location, just 200 meters from the Casino of Monte Carlo, made everything so easy and enjoyable. I even got to wear high heels without a second thought, which says it all!
I truly appreciated the kindness of Giancarlo and the help with my luggage at both check-in and check-out. It made a big difference and did not go unnoticed.
