The hotel was excellent as usual. The support staff is amazing. We forgot our phone in the hotel. The staff went through the trouble of finding it and making it back to us.

Breakfast is good, the room is clean, and the pool also stunning view. They are very nice to communicate with guests. They hired a taxi early morning at 5:30 AM, for both of us. My friend checked out early morning, and I checked out at 12 pm. This hotel is my favorite hotel in Macau.

We had two adjoining rooms which provided plenty of space as a family of four. Both rooms were clean and spacious, and we probably would have been happy squeezed into just one with an extra bed (for a few days).

The hotel is great and got an amazing view from our room. The hotel staffs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Each night we are surprised with mini cakes and mini presents in our room.
